Columbus Global Marketing is working to establish a Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (DCoE) in Hyderabad, India, as part of a global strategy to increase focus on digital, inbound marketing and to leverage global cooperation and synergies. The mission of the DCoE overall will be to support all the Marketing Business Units around the world and to lead the development of Columbus global capabilities and initiatives around:
Marketing Automation

If yes, then Columbus Global Marketing is looking for you, an experienced Digital Marketing Automation Manager who can help take our global marketing efforts to the next level. 

About the Role 
As the Digital Marketing Automation Manager, you will be in charge of driving website and campaign traffic, automating the conversion of that traffic into qualified leads for the business, and nurturing inactive leads. You will also be required to establishing an analytics system to capture key performance metrics and analyzing the performance to improve automation.


Essential duties and responsibilities of the position are to:

Grow new leads pipeline, leading to higher marketing-qualified leads
Drive website traffic through targeted campaigns, calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
Automate email and social media campaigns by using tools like Hubspot
Setup and optimize the automated lead nurturing processes
Ensure steady growth of the leads funnel, and ensure qualification of marketing leads to be be accepted by sales team across all business units 
Establish closed-loop analytics across sales and marketing to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into leads and customers, and continually refine the process to improve conversions
Desired Skills & experience 

Inbound marketing automation, B2B marketing, Growth hacking, experience with HubSpot is preferred. 
The individual will need to be hands-on since this is a strategic build from scratch job
Prefer prior B2B inbound marketing experience in demand generation, lead funnel management and lead qualification.
Self-starter and creative thinker who can maximise results with limited budgets, and can optimise models and processes across markets.
You can think out-of-the-box and have an enthusiastic lets-fix-it attitude.
