  Digital Marketing Manger   Reporting To: AVP – Online Marketing   Job Location: Bangalore   The candidate will be required to strategize, launch, monitor and lead execution of PPC campaigns across various channels like Google, Facebook and Yahoo. They will be required to handle campaigns for multiple financial products and be comfortable managing a team of analysts and performing various analyses required to scale up the campaigns. 
  
  Mandatory Requirements 
  
  - Hands-on experience in launching and managing PPC campaigns across Google Search, GDN and Facebook and other performance channels 
  
  - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with experience in creating reports and dashboards in Excel 
  
  - Strong analytical bent of mind and ability to work under pressure 
  
  - Experience in working with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal 
  
  - Experienced in using web analytical tools like Google Analytics, Site Catalyst for optimizing campaigns 
  
  - Passion for PPC (because we are too!) 
  
  Non Mandatory but a plus if you have: 
  
  - Experience working with financial products 
  
  - Experience working in multiple geographies 
  
  Desired Candidate Profile: 
  
  - At least 5 years of total experience with at least 2 years in digital marketing 
  
  - Post Graduate degree a plus 
  
  - Good communication skills 
  
  - Flexible and willing to learn new skills

Job Description: 

This individual will report into the head of Engagement Management. This individual will work in driving a cross functional team made up of digital marketing solutions, analytics and technology teams to achieve client goals. The individual will be partnering with client-facing account management teams for conceptualizing, planning and implementing online/digital marketing strategies for our clients. 

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Planning: 

Partner with account management teams to develop digital marketing solution strategy spanning across – SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate networks, Social media marketing, site experience optimization (MVT/A-B Testing) 
Ability to create high level strategic plans 
Advise the client/account teams on new digital marketing opportunities and trends in the industry 

Program Management: 

End to end project management throughout the project lifecycle – strategy, planning, kick-off, implementation, progress and post mortem 
Own project goals and drive the outcomes/results with the help of the solution teams 
Translate strategic plan to a mid-level and detailed execution plan 
On-time, on-budget and quality delivery of the project 

Problem Solving: 

Solve business problems using data and insights 
Provide day-to day internal guidance 

Communication: 

Manage communication with the client, account management and delivery/solution teams on a regular basis to ensure the health of the relationship and project goal progress 
Provides regular updates to internal and external stakeholders 
Provides the client business context to the solution teams and helps drive the solution development to positively impact client goals 

Pre-sales 

Assist the Business development and account management teams in creating proposals 

Desired Skills: 

• Ability to think strategically to impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps 
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing, strategy or business consulting roles 
• 3+ years of experience in online marketing 
• Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills 
• Strong project management and communication skills 
• Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint 
• Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts 
• Good relationship management skills and a good team player 
• Willingness to travel to client locations for business meetings if required
