Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or Degree in IT
Experience:
- 7 to 10 yrs in Analytics
- Experience managing of analytical teams.

Reporting into Client Services Director, the head of analytics will develop key strategic quantitative analysis for the Global Digital Marketing team. This role will be responsible for providing ongoing strategic guidance, recommendations and development products for the digital marketing and brand marketing teams
They will be able to produce actionable recommendations using our frequently used tools such as Conversant, CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), Marin (auto search bidding tool), web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and various statistical techniques and frameworks while managing any third party programmatic suppliers.
We seek a seasoned leader in the digital marketing ecosystem, expertise with Analytics platforms and Excel, and proficiency across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo! Gemini, Facebook advertising, Affiliates platform and display partners.
Past experience with analytics integrations, developing new cloud based products and proven ability to understand, manipulate and report on metrics is highly desired along with team management experience.
Major Roles & Responsbilities:
Work closely with the Client Services Director Digital Marketing
Ensure top line visibility to management of the analytics team and performance.
Hire, setup and train analytics team.
Create a learning environment, training modules, reviews and appraisals.
Define analytics roadmap
Support the team by delivering timely, insightful and actionable analyses
Interact with internal teams to understand requests, prioritize, and set clear expectations
Solve complex business problems by using advanced analytics
Use existing tools within PPC, affiliates, Facebook, and other statistical packages to create and automate complex reporting of each channel performance across all Company brands
Conduct deep dive analyses for the business including cohort analysis, cross selling and retention.
Conduct Lifetime Value analysis across all brands and recommend budget allocations
Enhance current reporting tools and develop new tools to support the digital landscape.
Identify trends and opportunities across various media and communication channels
Build a cloud based reporting platform.
Ongoing report creation and reporting to stakeholders
Key Skills / Knowledge:
Knowledge of various online channels, such as PPC, display, affiliates, paid social etc. Knowledge and experience with a range of CRM and database management
Knowledge of various data mining techniques to generate business insight
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
Skills in fact-based analysis, including the ability to persuasively present insights and recommendations to senior management
Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve these issues, and effectively communicate the results to senior management
Excel expert comfortable with in-depth reporting and search engine
Understanding of the CRM systems, processes and associated programming / query languages used through Sales and Marketing
Ability to work effectively with different teams and external stakeholders, with strong influencing skills to be able to support analysis and recommendation to senior leaders
Good commercial understanding of drivers of business value
Must be strongly customer-focused and action oriented, able to react quickly to market information and customer feedback
Strong team player able to recognise and contribute to the wider Customer business objectives
Ability to innovate, think laterally and tackle new areas of business risk
Process management expertise and continuous improvement approach
Desirable: Experience working in highly regulated industry
