Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams to set up and configure web/mobile reporting tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Web trends, Facebook Insights, Pinterest, YouTube and Twitter Analytics) and pull reports throughout a campaign or website lifecycle
Participate in campaign strategy planning sessions to that help shape digital marketing recommendations
Collaborate with teams to correctly capture, structure and deliver measurement and analysis of campaigns
Manage, organize and present web analytics data, establishing key metrics and KPIs and deliver both regular and ad-hoc reports to help drive decision-making
Provide insights and recommendations leveraging web analytics and SEO tools for digital content and campaigns
Develop recommendations to improve conversion and customer engagement
Build and traffic ad tags within 3rd party ad server (e.g. Sizmek). Provide insights and recommendations leveraging media and attribution reporting
Conceive of new deliverables and internal processes to keep pace with changing opportunities and measurement expectations
Monitor and inform the team on emerging tools, trends, and techniques in the social analytics space
Stay up-to-date on best practices and latest trends in analytics, media platforms and reporting
Required Skills/Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics including work with web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics and Omniture, Web trends) and SEO tools
Hands on experience using tag management solutions like Google Tag Manager
Experience collecting and analyzing data and then presenting informed recommendations
Experience with social analytics/listening tools
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Experience delivering performance reporting on key campaign metrics to leadership or clients
Strong understanding of current digital marketing and advertising industry
Agency or marketing experience a must
