Job Description:
The Senior SEO Analyst / SEO Lead is responsible for strategizing and executing SEO best practices as per the overall marketing plan set by the Digital Marketing Manager and UK marketing team. They will be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of the company's campaigns. The Senior SEO Analyst / SEO Lead will report into the Hyderabad based SEO Manager, who in turn reports into the DGM - Digital Marketing. 
  • Responsible for SEO strategy to improve the organic traffic.
  • Analysis & Implementation of Off Page and On Page strategies as per current trends.
  • Excellent understanding of ethical (White Hat) SEO, Link building etc.
  • Experience with dynamic sites optimization.
  • Maintain in- depth knowledge and analysis of industry trends and SEO news to identify new opportunities
  • Review and analyse competitor sites, back links and understand their organic search approach.
  • Knowledge in Google webmaster tool & analytics reports to measuring success and to further optimize the pages base on the user behaviour flow.
  • Knowledge in SEO tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem- solving skills.
  • Manage weekly and monthly SEO reports


Key Objectives 
  • To support the volume growth of calls and transactions from organic search.
  • To do this whilst maintaining a constant focus on key performance measures.
  • To work closely with the UK and India marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered in a seamless way.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the execution of Teletext Holidays PPC campaigns, including researching and developing effective keywords, building out campaigns, keyword bidding, optimising performance and testing innovations.
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure priorities are managed effectively and work is completed to a high quality within stated timelines.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other organic search initiatives.
  • Routinely develop and test new features to increase overall call volume.
