Develop mobile, web and social solutions that will transform the way we interact with our market segment, serve our customers and sell life insurance.
Own digital marketing and sales.
Together with IT and Operations teams, take the lead in developing mobile solutions for new business and servicing processes.
Implement and optimise mobile payment solutions.
Take ownership of the website design and content. Regularly renew and improve customer experience of our website.
Simplify the website and align it to the needs of our customers.
Own online marketing and sales.
Develop, maintain and own social networking solutions.
Find and implement innovative solutions that will engage customers and potential customers and that will lead to a positive brand experience and business growth.
Drive digital marketing and sales campaigns.
Measurement and benefit realisation of digital initiatives.
Experience in developing similar solutions successfully in other companies.
Some life insurance experience.
Relevant academic qualifications.
Must have the ability to develop a digital strategy that will suit our market segment or enable SLIC to sell/service in the higher end of the market.
Experience in the implementation of a digital strategy is highly recommended.
Ability to build partnerships with relevant service providers.
