Job Description:
* Work with the operations head/CoH in identifying requirements, shaping our solutions and offerings against those requirements and packaging proposals that execute against requirements
* Undertake consultative assignments in client organizations on "need analysis" and design solution and implementation roadmaps
* Support the operations head/CoH with governance reporting and performance reviews highlighting key wins and optimization areas
* Work with client stakeholders in identifying gaps and evaluate opportunities
* Work with the DBS SD team to contribute to other Digital proposals, White papers and PoVs
* Develop solutions and respond to RFP's particularly in the areas like
* Digital Marketing
* Content Management - Content moderation on client sites and affiliates like You tube
* Web analytics and optimization (SEM/SEO)
Skills and Knowledge required:
Experience in Digital Business Services domain and familiarity with applications based solutions in Digital Business services domain is preferred
Good analytical and communication skills
Good understanding of project management
Strong excel and presentation skills is a must
Client facing ability, maturity to work independently with minimal guidance.
