Effective Coordination with Creative Agencies, Digital Agencies and Marcomm Team to ensure no communication lag
Effective utilization of Live Chat, Online Inquiries and coordination with Call Centres for the same
Effective monitoring and maintenance of Muthoot Mobile Apps and similar platforms
Effective site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities for group companies websites and search engine marketing.
Innovative technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape
Strategy Responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company websites.
Coordinate with creative agency and MarComm department for all Digital marketing requirements.
To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the strategy for managing the social media presence of the Brand such as the Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and YouTube pages of the company.
Responsible for the promotion and growth of the companys web properties.
Manage mobile apps for different mobile platforms and update them regularly
Responsible for developing, executing and delivering the companys digital / online marketing strategy
